We serve as acting Outside General Counsel to a number of small and medium size companies that require dedicated, in-house legal management and resources, but are not yet large enough to justify hiring a full-time in-house counsel.
We also provide supplemental help to established in-house legal departments of all sizes which need temporary additional resources on a part time basis to support their operations.
Your company is a start up or small to medium-size company. It has no in-house counsel, let alone an internal legal department. Yet, it has the need for general legal advice in support of its daily operations in the U.S., Canada and/or in the EU, often under foreign laws and in the local language.

Your company is EU-based with operations in the U.S. It has no or a very limited number of in-house lawyers who are EU-based and only qualified to offer legal support under EU laws.
Your company needs temporary, part-time legal support from U.S. lawyers who are also EU-qualified and can therefore understand the company’s contracts under EU law before localizing, drafting and negotiating them in the U.S.
Our admission as lawyers in both the EU and the U.S., together with our many years of experience as in-house lawyers on both continents, allows us to bring the value add to your operations a U.S.-only lawyer cannot.
