Our partner in Canada, Joanna is the Founder and Managing Partner of the law firm Kimmitt Wrzesniewski. The firm assists clients in the areas of corporate, commercial and IT law. We partner in the UK with Helene Berard, the founding partner of Berard & Lovell Solicitors in London. Helene brings a diverse 15-year experience advising entrepreneurs, startups and small to medium-sized businesses. Helene Berard is proficient in corporate legal issues. She regularly gives legal advice on the reorganization of share capital, as well as on share option agreements or issues of appointment and dismissal of company director. Helene also provides sound advice on employment law issues, acting as an outsourced adviser, and on commercial contracts, from routine to more complex matters.

A French practicing lawyer based in Paris, Caroline Sandler-Rosental assiste des entités publiques public and private entities of all sizes on various aspects of information technology law, data protection law, and procurement law since 1998. Formerly employed as an in-house lawyer with a large international company, her strong understanding of the internal operations of companies allows her to offer her clients practical and customized advice. Caroline is also a certified Mediator with the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and has been very successful at reaching win-win solutions to contractual disputes between her clients and their bsuiness partners. Her clients range from small businesses to associations, government entities, and large accounts.
